OTI: Dots & Leopard

The Prompt
And My Interpretation!

Blouse: Banana Republic; Cardi: so old that I have no idea; Undershirt: Downeast; Skirt: Banana Republic; Tights: H&M; Shoes: Target; Bag: Zappos; Necklace: Made by husband
Pin It

Today is another OTI linkup! While I loved the prompt, I struuugled with this outfit. Maybe it had something to do with the fact that I was still in pajamas at 6:30pm after cuddling and reading books to a sick baby all day, and then had to RUN out the door to make it to our church's annual Relief Society birthday dinner (did you know that of the 50,000 female Red Cross members during WWI, 47,398 were also members of the Relief Society?*).

In any case, I finally remembered this skirt that I adore but haven't worn in forever (hard to tell in the photos, but it has pink & brown dots), and ended up quite loving the outfit. Even though I only wore it for about 3 hours.

Head on over to the lovely blogs of Erica, Kayla, & Amy to see the other OTI posts!

*I don't know how reliable that link is, but it was one of the questions last night, so I'll go with it.

  9. Fabulous outfit! I especially love the tights. Remember in the olden days when little girls wore tights and women wore nylons? Funny. :)

  17. I like how you layered the two shirts. Thats rather creative. I am not Mormon, personally, but was curious how you interpreted the trends. So far, you are by far my favorite of the given Mormon blogs.
